San Diego Residents - If you live in San Diego and want to pick up your item, enter "storepickup" in the discount code box within the cart. You still need to put in your zip code first. Do not use this code if you are not picking it up, we will not ship it.

Shipping Carriers: For large items such as any Bag Toss Game Set and Score Tables, we will ship using FedEx Ground. When shipping to a residence, items will ship using FedEx home Delivery service and when shipping to a business, items will ship using FedEx Ground. For Small items such as New Bag Sets or Empty Bag Sets, we will ship using USPS Priority Mail.

PO Box Addresses: We can ship bag sets to PO Boxes using our standard rates; however, to ship other items like board sets, shipping charges will be greater than that quoted on our web site. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering when shipping Bag Toss Game Sets to a PO Box.

APO overseas: We can only ship Tailgate or LT sized boards. Long Boards are too big to ship. Reason is the post office charges a lot more of oversized packages and there is added risk of damage to the set when longer.

International Shipping: We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Order Processing: We normally ship orders out next day but at the moment we are very busy so it may be 1-5 days before we ship your order. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Custom orders can take 2-8 business days extra (maybe more depending on difficulty of the job).

Shipping Costs: You can determine shipping costs by adding items to the cart, then enter your zip code and hit the update button.

Approximate Standard Shipping Transit Time:
West Coast: 1-3 business days
Midwest: 3-6 business days
East Coast: 4-6 business days

If you would like your order shipped faster let us know. FedEx offers 2-Day and Overnight shipping but this is usually 2-3 times more expensive than the standard shipping rate. If you want to know how long it will take to get your set, use our contact form and give us some details as to what you want and your shipping address.

Extra Cost: Use this option extra custom or other taxable work. Adjust the amount once in the cart. ($10 minimum).

Sometimes you need something we don't offer as a stock item or you need us to perform a task like reducing an image for board artwork, contact us for quotes. Thank you!


Miscellaneous Payment: Use this option to add payment for Expedited Shipping, Tip or Other non-taxable payment.

If you need your order shipped out extra fast, use the expedite option. If you need a faster shipping option such as FedEx Express or 2nd day, contact us. Thank you!


Returns Policy - If the product is defective. Please use our contact form and we will email you instructions on returning the product.

Refunds Policy - If the product is in new condition, customers may request a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. Once received, we will issue a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for orders that require customization such as logos.

Cancellations Policy - Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment of stock items and prior to manufacture of custom orders. Please use our contact form.
